We are thrilled to announce that a little piece of France will soon be making its debut right here in Mission Bay! With construction slated to begin soon, we can officially give a warm welcome to our newest retailer, La Belle Cuisine Bakery. Inspired by the villages of France, La Belle Cuisine Bakery is redefining the concept of Boulangerie and Patisserie to merge both concepts into one, thus creating a bakery where breads and pastries coexist seamlessly thanks to the bakery’s unwavering passion for perfection. Originating as a catering company in 2015, La Belle Cuisine has built a strong foundation and a list of clienteles consisting of businesses small and large throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. Finding success in their mission, “Welcome France in San Francisco,” La Belle decided to take their business to the next level by opening the first storefront location right here in Mission Bay. Soon-to-be located on the corner of 4th and Channel Street, this café will exude French culture with its array of créme de la créme offerings. Tastefully curating their list of menu items, the café will carry a large variety of fresh breads, cakes, pastries and more! Breads will consist of the traditional baguette, pain de champagne, pain de seigle, olive bread, and sweet bread to just name a few. The pastry list will already have your mouth watering at the mention of delicacies such as mill-feuille, macarons, religieuse, Paris-brest, tarte tatin, éclair, tartelettes and of course the iconic French croissant. La Belle Cuisine will also offer a grab & go style of breakfast and lunch items as well as a made by order menu of hot and cold drinks made to perfection. Merging comfort, presentation and ease, it is only a matter of time before our residents and members of the Mission Bay community can enjoy a taste of the Parisian lifestyle. We look forward to saying “bonjour!” to La Belle Cuisine Bakery as it anticipates opening its doors by the end of 2019.
