One Mission Bay Announces New Retail Tenants - Wine Merchant & Lagreefit 415
ONE Mission Bay is excited to welcome two retail tenants to the neighborhood: Wine Merchant and LagreeFit 415. Occupying the ground floor commercial space of the Park building, these new tenants will give residents even more access to specially curated amenities. Set along the new public park adjacent to the waterfront, these premier retailers will offer amazing views of the channel and city.
Wine Merchant, which currently has a location in the prestigious Ferry Building, offers a shop space for its selection of hand-picked wines, craft beers and spirits from all over the world, along with a separate wine and cheese bar perfect for residents to either enjoy in the shop or take it poolside in a cabana.
LagreeFit 415, a membership-based fitness center, will offer the Lagree Fitness program which includes resistance and counter-resistance, core strengthening, flexibility, and cardio. Pilates inspired, the Lagree method is a much more challenging, innovative approach to full-body conditioning.
